Plans revealed for new Leicester city centre residential scheme
Plans to build a six-storey residential scheme in Leicester have been submitted to the city council.
SG Properties (Leics) wants to develop land on Jarvis Street near to the city centre into a 21-apartment scheme (16 x 1-bed and 5 x 2-bed).
The scheme will be a resident car free development. Some 28 cycle spaces are allocated in total.
A planning statement reads: “Our intentions are to ensure the proposed development and design significantly enhance the appearance of the site and positively impact upon the existing street scene.”
