First phase of new business park completes

Stirlin Developments has completed the first phase of its new Leafbridge Business Park in North Hykeham.

The first phase includes buildings F and G, which offer seven light industrial units.

Five of the units are already sold to a mix of local businesses and investors, leaving now only two available to buy or to lease.

One of the businesses moving into the newly completed units is local road marking and circuit specialists Lincs Lining.

Dominic Revill, director of Lincs Lining says “Owning the new premises allows us to carry out a purpose fit, saving us valuable time and money. The investment on the Leafbridge site shows that it’s a sound financial decision, with the opportunity to purchase a bigger unit once the development grows.”

The 44-acre Leafbridge development will accommodate a variety of uses, including serviced office space for growing start-ups and small-to-medium enterprises, through to large-scale, bespoke design and build requirements.

Stirlin has now begun work on the next phase of the development, which will offer a further four industrial units, due to be completed next year.

Managing director of Stirlin, James Kirby, said: “Completing the first phase on our Leafbridge development is a significant milestone for us, as this site has been years in the making. I am so proud of what our team have achieved, despite the obstacles faced in recent months.

“We are thrilled to welcome Lincs Lining to the development, as they move into their new unit this week. It’s great that these units are able to provide space to facilitate expanding businesses and support Lincolnshire’s growing economy.”
