On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Experienced residential property professional Steven Gray is set to join FHP Living’s West Bridgford office.

Gray, who has 20 years’ experience in the sector, joins from Royston & Lund.

He said: “I have watched the growth and evolution of FHP Living whose focus is on providing a personal and knowledgeable professional service to their Clients and their modus operandi and mentality has always attracted me.

“I am looking forward to working with Jules and the team and to providing a personal service to my clients from the moment that I walk through their door to the handover of keys to the new occupier.”

Head teacher Chris Keen has taken up the headship at Ellis Guilford School in Nottingham

He’s joined the school which is part of The Creative Education Trust alongside three new members of the senior leadership team.

Keen’s experience includes working with three secondary schools, one in North Sheffield and two in Staffordshire, all of which are now Ofsted rated Good.

He said: “I’m excited about the opportunity that I have been given by the Trust and I am looking forward to working with the staff, pupils and parents to continue Ellis Guilford’s journey.

“I want to integrate the school into the community, I believe that being a valuable part of the local area is a vital part of helping schools to improve.

Supporting Keen is Fiona Aris, who joins as new senior vice principal, the newly-appointed associate principal Claudio Gissendorf and new vice principal David Fugill.
