Housebuilder to bring 73 more homes to Derby

How the new homes will look

Miller Homes East Midlands is set to bring a further 73 new homes to the popular Mickleover area of Derby following the launch of the second phase of its Hackwood Park development.

The new phase will feature a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes.

Alastair Parsons, area sales director for Miller Homes Midlands, said: “Our Hackwood Park neighbourhood has fast become a thriving new community since the launch of Phase One, and the second phase will look to build on that by providing even more opportunities for people to call the area home.

“Mickleover is a fantastic area on the doorstep of the Derbyshire countryside, but with the everyday convenience of Derby’s city centre just a stone’s throw away. The area is proving very popular with families, with Hackwood Farm Shop within walking distance from our homes and a wide range of amenities close by, including pubs, shops and restaurants.

“We look forward to welcoming even more new families, couples and individuals to Hackwood Park and further enriching this flourishing new neighbourhood.”
