On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

SME loans company Reparo Finance has appointed a new senior business development manager for the Midlands.

Gurinder Mandir joins the commercial lender from Cyldesdale and Yorkshire Bank Group (CYBG) and will be responsible for growing Reparo Finance’s network of introducers in cities throughout the region.

Steve Richardson, sales director at Reparo Finance, said: “Gurinder is experienced in developing creative and agile funding solutions, which address the needs of future-focused SMEs. Additionally, he’s worked closely with the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers and has driven their schemes forwards in the Midlands. His experience and network will help us expand our reach amongst the region’s finance brokers, accountants and thriving SME community.”

Ben Clements and Chloe Davison

Digital marketing agency Peaky Digital, which has offices in Cornwall and Loughborough, has made a double hire.

Ben Clements and Chloe Davison will be joining the team as digital marketing assistants.

Natalie Crouch, director at Peaky Digital, said: “We’re really excited to grow the team to five. This year has been an exciting period of growth for the company and the arrival of Ben and Chloe means that we can continue expanding our portfolio of clients whilst giving them the attention to detail they need.”
