Educational supplies firm takes 200,000 sq ft in Hucknall

Educational supplies firm RM Group has taken a 200,000 sq ft unit at Harrier Park in Hucknall.

The firm will move into the new building at the end the year, consolidating their existing premises into one at the joint venture development between Rolls-Royce and Muse Developments.

The deal, the first on the park, was brokered by Tim Gilbertson of FHP Property Consultants.

He said: “We wish RM Group well with their new base which they take possession of at the end of 2020 and with active discussions ongoing with other parties who are keen to relocate to the site, hopefully there will be further deals to announce on this scheme shortly.”
