Accountancy firm swoops for new HQ offices

Richard Sutton (NG), Alison Quinn and Sarah Chatfield (both Noys and Partners)

Accountancy firm Noy and Partners has bought a new head office building in Nottinghamshire.

The firm has snapped up the 2,050 sq ft 17 Farrington Way on Eastwood Link Office Park in a deal brokered by NG Chartered Surveyors and Bishop Property Consultants.

NG’s managing director Richard Sutton completed the deal on behalf of private client vendors for the two-storey office building which was built by local developer William Davis back in 2002 and brought to the market over the summer.

Sutton said: “We’re delighted to get this deal completed. Even with the impact of Covid-19 on the market the transaction went through quickly. It’s another in a long line of transactions during 2020 completed by NG with a company who have bold plans and aren’t letting Covid have a negative impact on their future prospects.

“I wish Noy and Partners all the best in their new home and I’ll watch their progress with interest.”

Noy Accountants were advised by Jonathan Bishop of Bishop Property Consultants. He said: “Eastwood Link Office Park is perfectly located for Noy and Partners and their clients, with the building lending itself to the proposed growth of the business.”
