Developer gets green light for 10,000 sq ft office building

Clowes Developments has received planning permission for a 10,000 sq ft office building at the EMDC in Castle Donington.

The two-storey building can be completed by the end of 2021 and could be split into two 5,000 sq ft floorplates, says Clowes, should an occupier come forward.
