A Nottingham hobby and adventure game business has expanded on a Nottingham trading estate.

RHQ ZombieCo has doubled the size of its distribution operation by signing a lease at Evelyn Street, Beeston.

Kit Pierce of RHQ Zombie, which was previously in Chilwell, said: “Our primary focus is the design and manufacture of miniature figurines, paint and accessories for hobbyist around the world.

“We’re pleased to announce an expansion to our UK and EU distribution unit.”

Scott Osborne, director at Innes England, acted for the landlord Mileway, which acquired the site last year. He said it was good news for the area that another growing business had moved to the popular industrial estate.

“With everything we have experienced this year, it’s great to know that ambitious businesses are still keen to locate to Evelyn Street,” he said.

“Its location and specification have proved to be in demand with local businesses over the last couple of years and I was pleased to help another client achieve their full rental potential.”

Joint letting agent, Sean Bremner at Commercial Property Partners added: “There is a good balance of businesses on the estate and this unit is an excellent match for RHQ ZombieCo.”

Chris Proctor of the office and industrial agency team at FHP Property Consultants, who acted for the tenant, added: “I am pleased to have found my client RHQ ZombieCo a property to suit their UK expansion. The new facility will allow a greater level of production with double the space available to them.”
