Works begins on 37,000 sq ft business park extension

Langar-based developer Hofton & Son has started building work at the extension to the Moorbridge Industrial Estate in Bingham.

The R J Shouler Trading estate will include 23 new commercial units once phases one and two are completed.

The units range from 1,000 to 3,000 sq ft, with some 37,000 sq ft in total.

Phase one completion will be ready for occupation in November of this year.

Hofton & Son have been advised by heb Chartered Surveyors and Geo Hallam Surveyors.

The agents have confirmed that a number of reservations have already been taken with “significant” pent-up demand being demonstrated.

The site was sold to Hofton & Son by Rushcliffe Borough Council.
