Mystery tenant signs 150,000 sq ft pre-let deal for distribution hub
An unnamed online retailer has taken a 15-year pre-let deal on a 150,000 sq ft at the SEGRO Logistics Park East Midlands Gateway.
The new unit, which will be used a distribution hub, will include double-deck parking for 200 electric vans across a 21-acre site. It will become available for the mystery tenant in just over five months, after an acclerated build from SEGRO.
