A community living support specialist has expanded into Nottingham following a deal brokered by NG Chartered Surveyors.

Premier Community, which has its headquarters in Nottingham, has moved into 305 Carlton Hill in a move that will mean its services are brought together under one roof in a High Street setting.

The deal was completed on behalf of a private landlord by Sunny Landa, director at NG.

Premier Community is an award-winning family business that provides home care services. The company has over 20 years of experience, and is dedicated to its mission to make a difference for its service users.

Dan Isterling, managing director, said: “As Premier Community, we wanted to join our home care services and our advice hub to our mobility portfolio and bring them all to the high street. The move to this new showroom on Carlton Hill will also mean local access for managers, carers and service users, a place at the heart of the community we already serve and allow us to grow our services towards Nottingham and West Bridgford.”

Sunny Landa said: “This deal is particularly pleasing as Premier Community provides such a vital service. When we knew of their desire to see a local showroom at the heart of all the communities they serve, we quickly matched them with our clients’ premises on Carlton Hill, which is the perfect base for their expansion into Nottingham.

“Our landlord client has just completed a fantastic fit-out at the premises and we wish Premier Community all the very best for the future.”

Isterling added: “Sunny and the team at NG were professional and responsive to our requirements at each stage. The finish was to a very high standard, matched our designs and completed on schedule, despite the challenges of Coronavirus. Everyone seemed to take great pride and satisfaction in their work.”
