Suzuki motorbike dealership expands into Derby

A motorbike dealership has expanded into Derby after taking a unit on Raynesway in Derby.

Powerslide Motorcycles, which is headquartered in Stoke and sells Suzuki bikes, is set to move into Raynesway Park in the city, following a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants.

Brad Clarke, director of Powerslide Motorcycles, said: “The unit was perfectly situated for our growing motorcycle business. Easy access for customers is a must these days and also a fresh, clean place of work, which was found at this location.”

Darran Severn of FHP Property Consultants said: “We received good interest in this particular unit which became vacant earlier this year, and as a result, we quickly placed the unit under offer minimising any void period. This has been an excellent result for both the landlord and tenant. The new tenant currently occupy premises in Stoke on Trent and have chosen Derby for their second branch.”
