Law firm makes five senior promotions

Law firm, Howes Percival, has announced five senior promotions across its Leicester and Northampton offices, including two new partners.

Rob Starr and Matthew Thompson have been made partners in the firm. Ben Hancox, Harriet Rogers and Jasmine Mason have been promoted to senior associates.
