Tasty deal gets Pudding Pantry set to open third site

Indie café chain The Pudding Pantry has opened its third site after buying a premises in Beeston.

The Pudding Pantry is a hugely popular independent café specialising in puddings, cakes, pancakes and brunch. The new 2,500 sq ft venue is at 83 High Road in the Nottingham suburb and follows its sister sites in Nottingham city centre and Sherwood.

The property deal was brokered by FHP Property Consultants.

Oliver Marshall at FHP said: “I showed The Pudding Pantry around several properties and although none were right, I was able to gain a good understanding of exactly what they were looking for. Given our knowledge of the market we set about teaming up. We carried out several trips to different locations on the hunt and eventually came across 83 High Road.”

Anthony Quinn of The Pudding Pantry said: “We are thrilled with how it has come together and are proud of what we have been able to achieve. Beeston is an ideal fit for us, the High Street is still very busy and there is investment being made by the council with the new cinema. There is a real mixed demographic from students to professionals and families.

“Working with FHP has been great. They were able to understand our key requirements and source several sites, they guided us through and got the best terms for us.”
