Former city centre offices to be turned into 50 flats

Plans to turn a Nottingham city centre office building into apartments have been given the go-ahead.

Vinesh Aggarwial has followed up being given the nod to turn 6 Castle Boulevard in the city into 48 flats by receiving planning permission to turn number 4 into a further 50 apartments.

4 Castle Boulevard, like number 6, was previously used by Nottingham City Council as offices. The five-storey building has been empty for some time.

Plans to convert number 6 were given the green light in February.
