Plans revealed to turn prominent office block into apartments
Plans have been revealed to turn a prominent Nottingham city centre office block into apartments.
The plans, from BSP Holdings, outline redeveloping Castle Heights, a 10-storey office building on Maid Marian Way into 48 flats.
BSP has instructed Spire Environmental to undertake a Noise Assessment before a full planning application is submitted to Nottingham City Council.
Details of the scheme available so far outline three flats on the ground floor, eight on the first floor, seven on the second floor, four on floors three to nine and four on the tenth floor.
