People consultancy goes for ‘huge’ growth with acquisition push

Talk Staff has recently reopened its Nottingham office

East Midlands people consultancy, Talk Staff, says it is on the hunt to acquire HR or payroll providers as part of a huge expansion plan.

The people provider is looking to add to its organic growth with acquisition of organisations that share the same values and culture.

Gary Parsons, managing director at Talk Staff, said: “I’m determined now more than ever to grow Talk Staff to be the people consultancy of choice in the Midlands and further support our desire to help as many organisations as possible reach their full potential through people.

“Talk Staff has recently secured over £250,000 of funding backed by the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CBILS) to support working capital, as we continue to experience high levels of growth fuelled by a surge in demand for people services. In bringing in organisations that further complement what we already do we can continue to expand our business to the wider Midlands region, and evolve our own operations to meet the ever-changing needs of businesses across the area.

“I would encourage any SMB HR or Payroll providers based in the Midlands with turnover up to £500,000 per year to get in touch with me for an initial chat about either a partial or full acquisition.”
