Bed manufacturer to create 50 jobs in Castle Donington

A local recruitment business is working with Hypnos Beds to create a further 50 new positions at its headquarters in Castle Donington.

Frontline Recruitment and Hypnos Beds have been working together for over 12 years and say the area is currently “booming”.

Frontline Recruitment is looking to fill various roles that include unskilled and skilled operatives, van drivers as well as general operatives to help with loading at the distribution Centre. The starting pay rate is £10.50 and increases up to £15 per hour, which Frontline says is one of highest pay packages in the local area. Frontline Recruitment is also offering a £500 joining fee which is paid after 12 weeks.

David Essam, operations director for Frontline Recruitment, said: “Castle Donington is booming at the moment and there are currently lots of jobs available however Hypnos can offer full training and the opportunity to learn new skills within the bed manufacturing industry, all roles are temporary to permanent which gives all applicants security rather than seasonal jobs that finish after Christmas.
