Recruitment firm smashes £1m turnover barrier in first year

A Leicester recruitment firm says it is about to smash through the £1m turnover barrier in its first year of trading.

DC Personnel, which was set up by Daniel Connor when the first national lockdown was announced in Match 2020, operates primarily in the industrial, engineering and commercial sectors for both temporary and permanent roles. Though the firm opened for business in March 2020 it wasn’t until summer of 2020 before the business started trading.

Connor said: “Being a small, growing business everything we do is much more personal and we believe this comes across in our values as we continue to strive for a service our clients deserve. Supporting likeminded businesses gives us a real sense of achievement. Being an extension and a supporting arm to our client partners recruitment makes us become much more aligned with their own culture and values.
