Former primary school site hits the market

A former primary school site with planning permission for 110 homes is up for sale.

Acting on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council, heb have been instructed to find a buyer for the site of the former Lynncroft Primary School in Eastwood.

The 14-acre was recently granted planning approval for the residential scheme by Broxtowe Borough Council.

Robert Maxey at heb said. “This superb site offers an excellent opportunity to deliver 110 much needed family homes in the location, and we anticipate excellent demand from the development community.”

The site is offered for sale by way of tender with a closing date of Friday 11 March at 12pm.
