Plans revealed for new 420-bed student scheme in Nottingham suburb
Developer Cassidy looks set to enter the Beeston market after submitting plans to build an eight storey student scheme in the Nottingham suburb.
The company, which already has a number of schemes in the city centre, wants to develop the plans on land between Middle Street and Station Road, next to the new Arc cinema complex.
Plans outline the development would house 419 students in three different blocks, with the ground floor incoroprating a commercial unit.
The scheme is being designed by Maber.
