NG secures landmark Leicester management deal

Commercial property agency NG Chartered Surveyors has secured a landmark office management instruction in Leicester.

NG has landed a deal to provide management services for Provincial House, at 37 New Walk in the city.

Provincial House is a Grade II listed four-storey landmark multi-let office building in the centre of Leicester extending to over 28,000 sq ft, owned by a SIPP arrangement.

Jude Weston, director at NG Chartered Surveyors, said: “Provincial House is one of New Walk’s landmark buildings offering high-quality office accommodation for a range of businesses.
