A major student accommodation scheme in Nottingham has been sold in an off-market deal worth £24.5m.
PlacesforPeople has offloaded its 420-bed Madison Gardens development to a joint venture between Patron Capital and Curation Capital, according to Property Week.
Madison Gardens is next to the University of Nottingham’s Jubilee Campus. It is a complex of twelve town houses available exclusively for the university’s second and third year students.
The scheme’s rooms are listed as being available from £94 per week.
