Law firm reports bumper first quarter for deals activity

The corporate team at Actons, the law firm in Nottingham, has reported a “bumper” start to the financial year.

On the back of an “incredibly busy” financial year ending 31 March 2022, the firm’s corporate & commercial team has reported a “great” first quarter, with a “strong” pipeline lined up for the next.

By the end of July the team says it will have completed transactions with a combined value of over £50m. The deals completed include one with a transaction value of nearly £30m. Another £35m worth of deals are already in the pipeline for the year ahead.
