On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Matt Kingston

Nottingham Building Society has appointed a new national sales manager for its intermediaries business.

Matt Kingston will manage the organisation’s BDM team, helping brokers to source the right mortgage offering for clients and leading on key stakeholder relationships.

Kingston joins the Nottingham from LiveMore Capital, the mortgage provider for the over 50s. He previously held key roles with Clifton Mortgages, Legal & General, Bank of Ireland, Marsh Commercial, Aviva plc and RSA.

He said: “I am proud to be joining a modern organisation which a rich heritage of helping people purchase their own homes. I look forward to advancing The Nottingham’s portfolio and continuing to cultivate meaningful relationships with intermediary partners.”

Global tech and engineering firm Coolbrook has welcomed an experienced industry expert to its Leicester office.

Robert Savidge joins the electrification and decarbonisation specialist as engineering director.

Savidge was most recently company director of technical assurance at Rolls-Royce. He brings 42 years’ experience to his new role.
