Online gambling firm takes over 15,000 sq ft of office space in Nottingham

Online gambling firm Entain has taken over 15,000 sq ft of office space in Nottingham – one of the city centre’s largest lettings in recent times.
On behalf of institutional client CCLA, M1 Agency has brokered a deal for the space at New Castle House, an art deco former textiles building on Castle Boulevard.
The office space has recently undergone a full category A refurbishment with new showers, cycle storage, changing rooms and other ancillary facilities.
Entain has taken a new 10-year lease.
Toby Wilson of M1 Agency said: “The letting highlights the demand for high quality refurbished space with many occupiers now seeking to improve the quality of their office environments. CCLA have undertaken a programme of refurbishment and improvements since acquiring the building and is the 3rd major letting in the building.
Jamie Munday, fund manager at CCLA said: “I am delighted that our speculative refurbishment programme of the 1st floor at New Castle House has come to fruition. Interest was robust throughout the whole marketing campaign and it’s testament to both the quality of the space and appeal of the Nottingham market that a large global company have taken a significant amount of space in the heart of the city centre.”
