Renault truck dealership takes new head office in Nottingham

East Midlands-based truck dealership RH Commercial Vehicles has taken the lease on 4,912 sq ft of office space at Phoenix Business Park in Nottingham.

RH was founded in 1977. It supplies Renault and Isuzu lorries and recently became a dealer for Brian James Trailers.

The newly refurbished space at Phoenix Business Park will serve as the company’s head office. The firm has made the move after a period of expansion required it to find additional office facilities close to its main dealership on Blenheim Industrial Estate.

FHP Property Consultants brokered the deal to bring RH to the business park.

Thomas Szymkiw of FHP’s office agency department said: “It was a pleasure to work with both landlord and tenant on this transaction with both parties working towards completing the deal quickly and efficiently, enabling occupation within tight timescales.

“As soon as I was aware of RH Commercial Vehicles’ requirement, I knew that the building would be suitable due to it providing the high quality offices that they were seeking – with the location additionally in perfect close proximity to their main dealership on Blenheim Industrial Estate and Nottingham/M1.”

RH Commercial Vehicles also operates major facilities in Leicester, Peterborough, Northampton, Alfreton and Newark.
