New partner bolsters corporate team at Knights

Legal and professional services group Knights has appointed a new partner at its Leicester office.

Nick Crisp brings more than 15 years of experience to the Knights Corporate team. He has worked with national and international clients across acquisitions and disposals, investments, private equity, group restructuring, contractual issues, commercial objectives and general corporate governance, operating in multiple sectors including food & beverage, retail, insurance and dental health.

Crisp said: “I’m absolutely delighted to join Knights. It’s an exciting time for the business, with growth ahead and plans to develop relationships with new and existing clients.

“I am very excited to get going, meet my new colleagues and play a part in that growth.”

His arrival follows a raft of new appointments across Knights’ 26 offices nationwide.
