Midlands agent secures new HQ for car dealership

Commercial property agent Rushton Hickman has announced the letting of a 2,466 sq ft industrial unit situated close to the centre of Burton upon Trent.

This unit is part of a terrace on Millers Lane and can be accessed from Derby Street. 

The new occupants of this space are Apex Auto Hub, which will be using it as its new base. Apex Auto Hub is a family-owned car dealership specialising in new and used cars and light motor vehicles.
