Buyer of major Derby office building revealed
The buyer of a prominent Derby office building has been revealed.
Last week we revealed that Leicester-based Custodian Property Income REIT, had sold Number One Pride Place on Pride Park in Derby for just over £2m.
Now, Derby property investment firm Staton Young has been revealed as the purchaser of the 17,000 sq ft office building.
Number One Pride Place is home to Geldards, the law firm. Geldards’ Nottingham team recently moved into Standard Court, Staton Young’s sister company Cubo’s flexible office scheme in the city.
