Furniture firm settles in to new 50,000 sq ft home
A supplier of indoor and outdoor furniture has let a 50,000 sq ft of industrial and office space at Old Wharf Road in Grantham.
Savills advised landlord D & M Fearon Retirement Benefits Scheme on the deal to Leisure Bench.
Victor Ktori, head of office and commercial department at Savills Nottingham, said: “We are thrilled to have completed this lease at Old Wharf Road which underpins the demand for industrial space in Grantham.
“The property is located in a well-established area providing Leisure Bench Limited with the ideal space to consolidate several regional sites into a single extensive site.”
