Law firm strengthens insolvency practice with partner hire

Law firm Freeths has appointed partner Su Garner to establish a restructuring and insolvency team in Leicester.

With more than 20 years of experience, Garner advises clients on a wide range of non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters.

Working across all sectors including construction, retail, hospitality and automotive, she has a particular focus on distressed real estate as well as formal insolvency appointments and security issues.
