Major logistics and distribution site sold in £7m deal
A major East Midlands industrial and logistics facility has been sold in a £7m deal.
Carlton Forest Distribution Site on Blyth Road, Worksop – a 220,000 sq ft facility – has been sold to a private landlord in a deal brokered by acquiring agent Steven Jones of LM1 and Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants.
Jones said: “It was a delight to deal with Mark Tomlinson at FHP Property Consultants who was particularly helpful, and our client who completed the purchase start to finish in 10 weeks – record timing and a great deal for both parties.

Jacob Odam and Stephen Oldridge at Bridge McFarland acted on legals for the purchaser. Vik Moothia at Landsmiths Solicitors acted on legals for the vendors, and William Wall at Eddisons acted as joint agent.
