Building materials provider completes sale of Derbyshire site in £133m deal
CRH has sold its lime operations to SigmaRoc in a deal worth around £133m.
Founded in 1891 and headquartered in Buxton, Derbyshire, CRH operates from sites in Tunstead and Hindlow.
In the year ending 31 December 2022, CRH’s UK lime operations generated revenue of £90.4m and operating profit of £16.7m.
The move from CRH is part of a £870m sale of its European lime operations, which completed today (March 27).
