Recruitment firm expands Stateside with Florida office

Nottingham-based recruitment consultancy Metric Search is expanding its US presence by opening a new office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Having been founded in New York in 2019 and then opening its UK offices in London and Nottingham in 2021, the Florida office will be its fourth base in as many years.

Metric CEO Joe Jani said: “At a time when so many of our competitors are having to make difficult decisions such as making redundancies or closing offices, it’s incredible that we’re able to continue our growth trajectory and open up a brand-new office in a brand-new state of America.

“Nottingham will forever be our home but this office allows us to engage even more with our clients who are predominantly based in the USA – and Florida won’t be the last one.”

This expansion comes on the back of a new brand identity for the firm, which specialises in the medtech, life sciences, industrial and infrastructure spaces.
