Recruitment firm Pegasus Search & Selection is broadening its reach with a new office in Nottingham, marking its expansion and creating jobs in the Midlands.

Founded in 2001 and led by Managing Director Paul Micallef, the firm aims to make this new location a key hub for regional growth.

The Nottingham office, headed up by Adam Tarleton, will focus on recruiting for construction consultancies, with an aim to grow the team to 5–7 specialists covering various aspects of the built environment. Tarleton has previously been at Michael Page, Macildowie and Hays.

The expansion is part of a larger strategy that includes exploring new offices in Bristol and London.

Currently headquartered in Leeds, Pegasus employs around 20 people.

Paul Micallef is actively involved, personally recruiting for chartered project managers and quantity surveyors in the London market.

Pegasus specialises in key sectors, including construction, property, infrastructure, defence and natural resources.

In a statement, Pegasus said: “We are proud to say that we have focused on the construction professional services sector since 2001. We are experts in our niche markets and have relationships going back decades. We work in the UK and internationally. If you’re looking to hire top talent for your business or advance your career, then get in touch—we’d love to hear from you.”
