Meet the bosses of 200 Degrees Coffee and nkd at our next networking lunch

The changing face of the High Street is the subject of our next networking lunch – and we have two expert speakers joining us on Thursday June 27 at baresca in Nottingham.

Stephen Fern is the managing director of fast-growing coffee chain 200 Degrees. Stephen joined Nottingham-headquartered 200 Degrees in June 2019 and has over 25 years experience across finance and operational roles, using his financial insights to drive operational performance and cash flow whilst maintaining focus on employee engagement, culture and customer experience.

He qualified with PwC and has worked in a variety of industries in the UK, US and Australia.

Joining Stephen is Rebecca Dowdeswell, the founder of specialist waxing brand nkd, which recently took the difficult decision to close its Nottingham city centre premises after more than 14 years of trading. nkd still operates a salon in Leicester city centre and has diversified into product development and online retailing.
