Agent appointed on town centre regeneration project

In collaboration with North East Derbyshire District Council, FHP has been appointed as the sole agent for Bailey Square in Clay Cross, Derbyshire.

The town centre regeneration project will introduce a new town square and a new market street, creating 17 new leisure and food and drink units.

The units will range from 500 to 4,809 sq ft and will complement the existing retail environment which includes Tesco, Aldi, Iceland, Poundland, Card Factory, Peak Pharmacy and more.
