Logistics group establishes UK hub in Northampton

International contract logistics group ID Logistics has launched its UK operations in Northampton by leasing the DC7 facility at Prologis Grange Park.

The DC7 distribution centre spans 342,622 sq ft, with an additional 389,319 sq ft mezzanine, totaling 731,941 sq ft for ID Logistics’ operations.

Leased for 10 years, DC7 is equipped with cutting-edge technology and sustainable features designed to improve logistics efficiency and environmental performance.

ID Logistics currently leases nearly 3m sq ft of space from Prologis across Europe, including the UK, France, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, and in South America, Brazil.
