New HQ for Synergy Logistics

Synergy Logistics –a software house which specialises in warehouse management technologies and solutions– is making a major investment in new headquarters in Castle Donington, after taking a 30,000 sq ft warehouse following funding from Barclays.

The move will provide space for Synergy to live test its Snapfulfil warehouse management systems (WMS).

Work on the new facility is already underway and it is anticipated that the company’s 50 strong UK team will re-locate from Synergy’s existing head office in nearby Loughborough in early 2017.

Managing director of Synergy Logistics , Tony Dobson said: “Following the launch of our new corporate identity and software editions, our new headquarters represents a further major investment in our future growth strategy.

“Our customer base is growing rapidly in both size and stature and this latest investment, along with our ongoing investment in R&D, will help us continue to capitalise on our strong momentum in the market.”

James Rutter, relationship director at Barclays says: “Synergy Logistics is a fine example of a company that has worked hard to attract new clients and which has invested heavily in research and development to ensure they can offer their clients new and innovative ways of doing things.

“This funding has enabled the company to purchase their new headquarters and will provide a sound platform on which to further develop the business.”
