On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Kate Sanders has joined full service digital marketing agency Purpose Media as a business development manager.

In her new role, Kate, who is from Eckington in South Yorkshire will manage relationships with new and existing strategic partners who wish to refer work to Purpose Media. She will also initiate contact with manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers that either wish to be more successful on-line, want to update their brand identity or improve their website with compelling content and video’s.

Kate has many years of experience having previously worked in the sales and lettings side of a Sheffield based estate agency. She said: “Purpose Media is a rapidly growing business with lots of new services to offer. This is a really exciting opportunity to put my sales and client relationship skills into practice in a new environment.”

An avid fan of football, Sanders plays for Dronfield Town Ladies Football Club and is also a keen Aston Villa supporter.

Two trainees have started at Else Solicitors in Burton, following in the successful footsteps of another who has just qualified.

Laura Butchart works in the four-strong commercial property team headed by Peter Fox, while Daniel Woodall has joined the seven-strong dispute resolution team led by partner Andy Rudkin.

They follow Gemma Gallimore, who two years ago started at the firm as a trainee and has just qualified. She gained a first class honours law degree from the University of Derby and a distinction in her legal practice course at Birmingham Law School.
