Intoware enhances its customer experience with new appointment

Intoware, the leading provider of workflow automation solutions based in Nottingham has expanded its customer experience team with the appointment of Louise Chaston.

With over 15 years’ experience in customer service leadership roles, Louise’s focus will be to ensure a great customer journey for Intoware’s rapidly growing industrial client base and reseller partnerships.

Louise has a strong track record gained in the pharmaceutical and technology industries; having begun her career as a clinical trial administrator before taking on an e-commerce and partner relations position with Espicom Business Intelligence.

She then quickly progressed, to become an account manager responsible for multinational pharma and medical device clients from China to the USA. After nearly 10 years, Louise then moved to Agent Design to manage a remote customers services team, providing recruitment, training and onboarding support before joining Intoware.

Intoware’s workflow automation software WorkfloPlus, digitises paper-based and manual processes into easy to follow, step-by-step digital work instructions accessed via smartphone, tablets or wearable devices featuring augmented reality so businesses can gain new data insights for enhanced operational efficiencies and satisfy compliance with increased accuracy.

Commenting on her appointment Louise said: “I’m delighted to join Intoware to help enhance its customer experience at this time. The pandemic has changed how we all work for good, blending both home and office which means the need for instant collaborative, safe and contactless working regardless of the location has never been greater.

“But digitisation is a major step for many businesses, we recommend that clients only make small changes initially, since this allows them to see how digital workflows integrate with their existing systems. These digital workflows are later upscaled, so in the future they can be embedded throughout the enterprise for ‘end-to-end’ process optimisation.”

Keith Tilley, chief executive officer for Intoware, comments: “We are really pleased that Louise has joined Intoware at this exciting time, she brings with her a wealth of experience from the pharma industry, along with excellent customer service expertise. As a start-up business we take our customer service very seriously, since it demonstrates that we are focused on building long-term relationships with our clients and resellers to always deliver added value.”
