Greenfield Recovery Acquires Cirrus Professional Services
Restructuring and insolvency specialists Greenfield Recovery Limited has finalised the acquisition of East Midlands based insolvency practice Cirrus Professional Services.
Richard Till, Managing Director of Greenfield Recovery said, “The acquisition of Cirrus Professional Services brings both cost and revenue synergies. It boosts our market share, expertise and reach across the Midlands. I am very pleased they have joined us”.
Cirrus Professional Services was established by ICAEW-licensed insolvency practitioner Simon Gwinnutt. Simon has over 30 years of restructuring and insolvency experience, both corporate and personal.
Cirrus Professional Services has historically undertaken client assignments from professional referrers, such as accountants and solicitors.

As part of the transaction two employees will also join Greenfield Recovery. The news comes as Greenfield Recovery also announces the acquisition of two other licensed insolvency practices: GBR Corporate t/a Guardian Business Recovery in London and Compass Financial Recovery & Insolvency in Tunbridge Wells. The acquisitions are further recent accomplishments in Greenfield Recovery’s growth plans.
