RST Projects Appointed to Deliver a Luxury Student scheme in the City centre.
A new development has commenced at Chetwyn House in Leicester to convert 4 floors to Luxury Student living, the scheme consist of a conversion from office use to 23 spacious studios. The area itself has become popular for student housing with the university of Leicester walking distance away.
