ENER-G launches new green building system

SALFORD-based environmental technology group ENER-G has launched a ‘next generation’ building control system which it says will cut energy usage by a quarter.

The firm said that its in-house development team has spent two years developing the system which has been trialled at its own £2m green office building.

It uses IT and internet monitoring to control and manage all heating, ventilation, air conditioning and lighting applications. The firm said that it is both tamper-proof and pre-engineered to provide fast installation and commissioning.
