Ambitious telecoms firm targets 50 new staff

A fast-growing telecoms firm is looking to recruit up to 50 new staff after a move to new, larger premises at Preston Docks.

Halo Connect, which was set up by experienced telecoms professionals Jonathan Walker and Garry Grant in early 2015, has set the ambitious recruitment target after a significant increase to its customer base recently.

“We’re taking on new customers all the time and need more dedicated sales staff to help us continue this growth,” said director Walker.

“All of our staff take part in an extensive six-week training programme when they join the company to ensure they fully understand all of the products and solutions we sell.  This ensures they are confident and skilled at helping customers to choose the highest quality and most cost-effective solutions for their business.”

Working closely with Virgin Media Business, as well as a full range of other telecoms providers, Halo Connect offers SMEs a one-stop shop to their telecommunications needs.

Director Grant added: “All members of our leadership team started off in entry level roles and have been promoted from within, so know what it takes to support our staff to succeed.

“We offer excellent opportunities for staff to make high levels of commission and they are rewarded for exceeding targets with the chance to take part in a range of activities with their colleagues including paintballing and quad biking.”
