Costa Coffee brews new out-of-town site in Lancashire

High street giant Costa Coffee, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has agreed a deal for a new drive-thru site in Lancashire.
The brand will open the new unit at Hyndburn Retail Park, near Blackburn.
Costa has taken a lease of between 10- and 15-years on the coffee shop.
The deal also involves similar agreements for three other sites in Castleford, in West Yorkshire, and Kingswinford in the Midlands.
And the firm has secured a drive-to unit at Junction One Retail Park, in Rugby.
All the shops vary in size between 1,800 sq ft and 2,042 sq ft.
Charlie Greenhalgh, out-of-town retail director at Savills, said: “Both Costa’s drive -thru and drive-to formats have been very successful and we are pleased to be supporting further expansion by securing these four deals in key out of town locations.”
