Leisure site recruits for more than 100 festive jobs

Chill Factore is welcoming new recruits this festive period, with more than 100 jobs available.

They range from maintaining the smooth running of the slope to teaching guests to ski and snowboard, right through to supporting Santa in delivering Christmas joy to children in the North West.

The Trafford leisure destination is home to the UK’s longest indoor snow slope at 180m long, and during the Winter also plays host to the country’s only Santa’s grotto on real snow, welcoming thousands of excited visitors through the doors every year.

Bringing more than 100 jobs to the local area, the range of roles to cover peak season, which runs from October-March, includes 18 Santa’s helpers who will play an integral role in the Grotto offering from mid-November right up until Christmas Eve.

Other roles open for applications include guest experience team members, snowsports instructors, schools sales executive and snow experience team members.

Brad is one of the many employees who began their careers at Chill Factore, having joined the team in 2016 as a member of the snow experience team.

After working in events co-ordination, he progressed to a role in in the sales & marketing team as a corporate sales executive, giving him a wide breadth of experience across the business in a range of different roles.
