IT support service firms merge with focus on helping clients build back better

Following 12 months of sustained growth, Manchester-based co-sourcing provider, Fact3, has merged with SaaSAge to further strengthen its offer to regional SMEs, providing customised IT services tailored to the ‘new normal’ of business operations.

SaaSAge has offices in Oldham and Manchester its team brings an enhanced IT and cyber security skill set which will support Fact3’s existing client base and offer a full service solution for Manchester businesses that are building back following the pandemic.

In the past year, Fact3 has grown 21%, servicing its 150+ SME clients across the North West, and has ambitions to grow its customer base through an enhanced range of in-house services.

The merger triples Fact3’s IT team and creates a combined permanent headcount of 45 people, with most of the team headquartered in Spinningfields, Manchester.

For more than 20 years, Fact3 has delivered customised co-sourcing solutions in three business critical areas, accountancy, HR and IT, or as they call it, numbers, people and systems.

The merger will not only bring new skills into the business, it will also increase Fact3 revenues by 50%, and brings a new equity partner in Andrew Doyle.
